Tom Crann traces his curiosity about all things musical to his youth in New Jersey, where he learned Irish folk tunes from his violin-playing grandfather and made classical music a regular part of his life with trips to concerts at Lincoln Center. A graduate of Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island, Tom has worked at number of public radio stations -- including St. Louis; Evansville, Indiana; Buffalo, New York; and most recently Los Angeles, where he was the weekday-morning host on KUSC.
