Official Rules
Prizes:
Winner of the random drawing will receive a dinner for two
at Joe's Garage in Minneapolis and two tickets to a performance
of Gulliver: A Swift Journey at Theatre de la Jeune
Lune in Minneapolis (performance ends June 30, 2001). (Total
retail value $100.)
One winner (selected by audience vote from among entries
selected by MPR staff) in each category will receive their
choice of a Time Keepers, Keepers Live, or Keepers
Celtic compact disc. (Retail value $14.99
each.)
How
to Win:
No purchase necessary. One entry per person. All entries must
be received by 11:59 pm CT, June 14, 2001, in order to be
eligible for the random drawing.
How
to Submit Your Question:
1. Web form.
2. Surface mail addressed to Minnesota Public Radio (MPR),
Wedding Music Contest, 45 E. Seventh St., St. Paul, MN 55101.
3. Email to mail@mpr.org
(put WEDDING MUSIC in the subject line).
Include your name, address, and daytime phone number with
your entry so we may contact you if you win. Include your
email address if you have one.
Eligibility
Anyone 18 or older is eligible to win a prize.
People who are employees or were employees after October,
2000 of American Public Media Group (APMG) and its related
organizations, their immediate family, or persons living in
the same household, are not eligible to win. The contest is
open to any United States resident. Void where prohibited
by law.
Selection
and Notification of Random Drawing Winner
Winner will be randomly selected on June 15,
2001, and will be notified by email, telephone, or in writing.
If announced winner is unable to collect a prize, or if MPR
is not able to contact winner within 30 days of the announcement
of the winner, the prize will be re-awarded. Winner must provide
identification and sign a release and a receipt for the prize
awarded.
Selection
and Notification of Category Voting
Category finalists will be determined by MPR
staff June 15, 2001; audience voting period is from June 15-22,
2001. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, or in
writing. If announced winner is unable to collect a prize,
or if MPR is not able to contact winner within 30 days of
the announcement of the winner, the prize will be re-awarded.
Winner must provide identification and sign a release and
a receipt for the prize awarded.
General
Participants agree to the Official Rules, and
that Minnesota Public Radio, APMG, and related organizations,
and their agents and employees, will have no liability whatsoever
for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting
from their use of the prize or their participation in the
contest. Participants also agree to grant Minnesota Public
Radio the right to use their submission, name, image, or other
likeness without further compensation for advertising, fundraising
or promotional purposes.
Taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
All entries become the property of Minnesota Public Radio and
may be read on the air or published in print or electronic
form.
Privacy
Information provided on all entries may be used
for future marketing efforts by Minnesota Public Radio unless
contestant indicates otherwise on their submission. See our

Odds of winning random drawing and category voting
dependent on number of entries. Prizes are not transferable
and are not redeemable for cash. Names of winners may be obtained
by sending a request prior to July 15, 2001, to: Wedding Music
