Odes to Joy

SHARE YOUR WEDDING MUSIC STORY and win a romantic dinner and theater tickets for two! All submissions received by June 15 will be entered into a random drawing to a win a night on the town. Additionally, the top submission in each category will receive a selected CD from The Morning Show. Enter now!

1. Choose a category for your story.

2. Share your story - remember, it's the story that's important, not the music itself (though we certainly want to know what it was).

3. Read and Listen to other stories and music, both posted here on the Web site and heard on The Morning Show and other MPR music programs.

4. Vote for your favorite stories here from among the finalists selected by MPR staff - you'll determine the winners in each category!

Category (choose one)*:
Most Unusual/Offbeat Wedding Music, and why
Most Meaningful Wedding Music (either to you or the bride and groom), and why
Wedding Music You Wish You Could Have Played, and why
Most Appropriate Reception Music - the music fit the bride & groom's personalities perfectly, or the music itself just screams "reception" to you.
Most Interesting (Best, Worst, or Unusual) Musical Experience at a Reception and why
